Refund & Return Policy

We handcraft each item with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of handmade products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

You may request a refund or replacement only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Reporting Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

To report a problem, email us at info@ceraminaart.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the item and packaging
  3. A brief description of the issue

Requests made after the 3-day period cannot be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom and personalized orders
  • Items returned without approval
  • Sale items
  • Change-of-mind cases

Return Shipping

If a return or refund is approved due to damage or incorrect item, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund or replacement is approved.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
