1. Processing Time

  • Order Verification: All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipment.
  • Handling Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and prepare your handcrafted items for shipment.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Items noted as custom or made-to-order require a longer production time of approximately 7–10 business days before shipment.

2. International Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following important terms for international orders:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ceramina is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damages, Loss, and Risk of Loss

Ceramina takes utmost care in packaging our porcelain, frames, and other fragile items.

Damages: If you receive your order damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to info@ceraminaart.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the full reshipment fee.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless we sent the wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
